2. Products & Descriptions

IronForce sells welded steel fence systems, including panels, posts, bracket kits, and related accessories. We make every effort to display product descriptions, dimensions, and images as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, specifications, pricing, or other content on the website is complete, accurate, reliable, current, or error-free.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual product appearance may vary due to manufacturing processes, powder-coat finishes, and photography conditions. All panel dimensions are nominal and may differ slightly from stated measurements.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices displayed on the website are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
• Prices shown are retail (list) prices unless you are logged in as an approved IronForce Pro account holder, in which case you may see contracted pricing.
• Freight, delivery, and installation charges are not included in listed product prices unless expressly stated.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the corrected price or cancel your order.

4. Orders & Quotes

Submitting a quote request or system configuration through our website does not constitute a binding purchase order. All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by IronForce. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Quotes provided through the System Builder tool or by our sales team are estimates and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may be adjusted based on current material costs, order quantities, and delivery requirements.

5. IronForce Pro Accounts

IronForce Pro is a program for qualified fence contractors and trade professionals. Approval is at our sole discretion. Pro account holders may receive access to contractor pricing, priority support, and other benefits as described on the IronForce Pro page.

By applying for an IronForce Pro account, you represent that the information provided is accurate and that you hold the necessary licenses and credentials indicated in your application. We reserve the right to verify any information submitted and to revoke Pro status at any time.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and delivery timelines provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. IronForceis not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, supply-chain disruptions, or other events beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns & Cancellations

Because our products are manufactured or sourced to order, returns and cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at (888) 444-2794 or through our Contact page as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel an order. Restocking fees and return shipping charges may apply.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, trademarks, product designs, the IronForce name and emblem, and the tagline "Welded Strength. Built for Pros.™" — is the property of IronForce Fence Systems, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IronForce Fence Systems, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the website, purchase of products, or reliance on any information provided. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The website and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. IronForce does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
