For Architects & Specifiers

SPEC IRONFORCE WITH CONFIDENCE.

Fully welded steel panel systems in three series, stocked and shipped from Las Vegas. Below is every document we can put in your hands — and an honest account of what we’re still building.

System Selection at a Glance

Member sizes and gauges below are read directly from the product catalog that drives our spec sheets and pricing. Panels are welded steel with a nominal 94 in panel length (approximately 7.83 ft of nominal coverage).

Values shown are published catalog data as of the date this page was generated and are subject to change without notice. Nominal dimensions are for preliminary layout only. Confirm current sizes, availability, and tolerances in writing before fabrication or before issuing a project manual.

Documentation Library

We label each item plainly. Available now means you can open it on this site today. On request means we produce it for your specific project. In development means it is not published yet — we would rather tell you than have it fail in plan check.

Specification Documents

CSI three-part format sections written for direct inclusion in your project manual.

Section 32 31 19 — Decorative Metal Fences and GatesWeb / Print

Draft three-part specification covering the R100, C200, and P300 systems. Bracketed items indicate project-specific selections and data still being verified.

Parametric family with height, top style, picket spacing, and finish exposed as type parameters.

In development
Project shop drawings

Layout, panel schedule, and connection details prepared against your drawing set once a project is awarded.

Structural and Performance Data

The engineering backup a plan reviewer will ask for. Being formalized — talk to us early on projects that need it.

Wind load capacity and post embedment

Allowable design wind pressure by panel height and post spacing, with corresponding footing and embedment requirements.

In development
Engineer-stamped calculations

Project-specific calculations sealed for your jurisdiction, prepared for submittal and plan check.

On request
Perimeter security performance (P300)

Forced-entry delay and impact performance data for the P300 perimeter series.

Compliance, Finish and Warranty

Product documentation for the project manual and the closeout package. Applicability to any specific code, standard, or credit is determined by the Architect of Record and the authority having jurisdiction.

Coating test reports

Third-party laboratory results, where available, for salt spray, adhesion, impact, and humidity resistance, together with the substrate galvanizing designation and measured coating thickness. Laboratory results describe tested samples under test conditions and are not a prediction of field service life.

In development
Written product warranty

Stated term, covered conditions, exclusions, and transferability — the document your Part 1 warranty paragraph can cite.

In development
Product information for code review

Dimensional and configuration data to support the design team’s own review of barrier, guard, and gate hardware provisions. We do not issue code compliance determinations.

On request
Sustainability and material content

Available recycled content and point of manufacture information. Credit eligibility is determined by the rating system and the project team, not by IronForce.

Submittal Support

Everything the contractor has to hand you for approval, assembled in advance.

Assembled submittal package

Product data, dimensioned drawings, finish information, and any available third-party documentation compiled per SKU for a single approval review.

On request
Physical samples

Picket and rail section samples with the production finish, shipped to your office for material board review.

On request
Design team presentation

A working session with your team covering system selection, detailing, and where welded panel construction changes the detail from a typical picket fence.
